The website collects the following categories of data:

• Contact and order data: first and last name, email address, postal address, phone number, billing details (provided by the user during registration, when submitting inquiries, or when placing orders).
• Browsing data: IP address, device and browser identifiers, pages visited, visit duration, referrer (collected automatically).
• Cookies and similar technologies: see our Cookie Policy.

• Service provision and order management (contract performance, art. 6.1.b GDPR).
• Tax and accounting obligations (legal obligation, art. 6.1.c GDPR).
• Site security and abuse prevention, including the use of Cloudflare Turnstile as an anti-bot tool (legitimate interest, art. 6.1.f GDPR).
• Aggregate site usage statistics via Google Analytics 4 with Consent Mode v2 (consent, art. 6.1.a GDPR).
• Reply to contact requests (legitimate interest or consent depending on the channel, art. 6.1.f / 6.1.a GDPR).

Personal data are retained only as long as necessary:

• order and invoicing data: 10 years from issue date, pursuant to tax obligations (Italian Civil Code art. 2220);
• account data: until deletion request by the user or end of relationship;
• browsing data and analytics cookies: as set out in the Cookie Policy;
• contact requests: up to 24 months from last contact.

Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) is used to collect aggregate statistics about site usage. Consent Mode v2 is enabled: in absence of consent no personal identifiers are transmitted and pings are anonymous and cookieless. More info: policies.google.com/privacy.

Cloudflare Turnstile (Cloudflare, Inc.) is a privacy-friendly anti-bot tool used on selected forms (e.g. checkout). It does not use tracking cookies and only verifies that the request is not coming from a malicious automation. More info: cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.

Data may be shared with suppliers acting as data processors (e.g. hosting, email management, analytics and anti-bot providers). The updated list is available on request at info@motosmart.it. Any extra-EU transfers are based on adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission.

Under articles 15-22 GDPR, you have the right to:

• access your personal data and obtain a copy;
• request rectification or erasure;
• request restriction of, or object to, the processing;
• request data portability;
• withdraw your consent at any time;
• lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (gpdp.it).
