This document describes the cookies and similar technologies used on https://new.motosmart.it, pursuant to art. 122 of Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003 and to the Guidelines of the Italian Data Protection Authority dated 10 June 2021.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that websites store on the user’s device. They are used to make the site work, to remember preferences, or to collect aggregate browsing statistics. They are split into technical cookies (always active) and analytics/profiling cookies (subject to consent).

Consent management
On the first visit a banner is shown allowing the user to accept or reject non-essential cookies. The choice is stored locally (localStorage) and can be changed at any time by clearing site data from the browser.

Disabling technical cookies may break some features of the site (e.g. cart, login).
Transfers outside the EU
Google Analytics and Cloudflare may transfer data outside the European Union. Such transfers are based on standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission or on adequacy decisions.
